    Five 2-minute rounds of:

    10 burpees
    200-m sprint
    10 V-Ups
    max reps of 5 burpees then 5 v-ups then repeat 5 burpees then 5 V-uos for remainder of the 2 minutes

    Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
